Important:

We have a very time limited practice and this is the only time we will practice CQB in a controlled manner all season. This means we need to do most of the time.

• Arrive on time and keep all times!
• Be hungry, ask between stages, dry train when you are not actively driving. Help your peers.
• Do your best during every execution.
• Full speed between exercises, jogging back between sessions so the others can start faster.
